The harbor
La Paz is not a two-hour Arch loop.
Balandra is in the bay: shallow water and the mushroom rock. Isla Espíritu Santo is a different run. From La Paz to the archipelago the crossing is usually 45 to 90 minutes, depending on seas and marina (Marina de La Paz, Palmira, ASIPONA, or whichever dock the operator names).
An archipelago day is planned as six hours or more. Los Islotes, to the north, is the sea lion colony. CONANP closes swimming, snorkel and diving there 1 June through 31 August; the rest of the year you enter with a bracelet and park rules. A permitted operator includes it or tells you how.
If you want to sleep at the islands, ask for overnight: it is not the same yacht or the same permit as a day trip.

The operator names the La Paz dock. The archipelago needs a CONANP bracelet; swimming at Los Islotes is closed 1 Jun–31 Aug.

Balandra está en la bahía. Espíritu Santo no: el cruce suele ser de 45 a 90 minutos ida, según el mar y de qué marina sales. Ida, islas, nado y vuelta no caben en un paseo corto. El mínimo de la ficha manda; seis horas es lo habitual del destino.

Sí, pero no es el mismo producto que un día a Balandra. Pide overnight o noches al solicitar. El operador confirma yate, permisos CONANP y logística. No lo damos por hecho en la ficha de un día.

El archipiélago es parque. Llevas pulsera CONANP (el operador con permiso suele incluirla o te dice cómo). En Los Islotes no se nada, ni snorkel ni buceo, del 1 de junio al 31 de agosto (reproducción de lobos). El resto del año hay reglas de distancia y cupo.
